 Our Journey of Innovation: Key Milestones

For seven years, Jodell Robotics has been steadily advancing, achieving one significant milestone after another in the digital era. Our journey from a pioneering startup to an industry leader is marked by consistent innovation and recognition.

2016

 Successfully developed the 1st Generation Dexterous Hand, marking the technical foundation for solving the “arm-without-hand” dilemma in China’s robotics industry.

2018

Suzhou Jodell Robotics Co., Ltd. was officially established by a PhD team from the HIT (Harbin Institute of Technology) Robot Institute.Completed Angel Round financing (nearly 10 million RMB) led by Dianliang Capital and Taiyou Capital.

2019

Developed the Integrated Drive-Control Electric Gripper, officially entering the industrial automation actuator market.Gained national recognition after winning the “i-Create” Cup competition.

2020

Completed Series A financing (nearly 20 million RMB) from Bangsheng Capital and Zhengxuan Capital.Certified as a National High-Tech Enterprise.

2021

Launched the ERG Series (Electric Rotary Gripper), which became a “star product” in the medical automation industry during the pandemic.Named a “Unicorn” Cultivation Enterprise in Suzhou.

2022

Completed Series A+ financing (nearly 50 million RMB) led by Share Capital.Established a South China headquarters in Dongguan to accelerate localized services.

2023

Completed Series B financing (100 million RMB) led by Wenrun Investment.Released the WEPG Series (Electric Weighing Gripper), solving the high-precision weighing bottleneck in lithium battery electrolyte injection.

2024

Revenue Growth: Achieved an explosive 600%+ year-on-year revenue increase.Embodied AI: Subsidiary Chundong Touch released the Mozart Dexterous Hand, featuring 16 degrees of freedom (DoF) and integrated tactile sensors for humanoid robots.

2025

Completed Series B+ financing (tens of millions RMB) funded by Wenrun Investment.As of 2025, Jodell has served over 3,000 customers (including 200+ listed companies) with exports reaching dozens of countries including the US, Japan, South Korea, and Italy.
