1. Selection Process

  1. Confirm the suitable voice coil actuator series
  2. Select the required size and stroke
  3. Choose the appropriate encoder type
  4. Determine load, thrust force and force control accuracy based on working conditions
  5. Verify the operating environment (air pressure, voltage) meets requirements
  6. Check if the safety margin is sufficient
  7. Confirm controller type, brand and customization
  8. Determine control cable type and length → Selection completed

2. Cable Installation Requirements

1. Static Cable Fixing

Cables can be straight or 90° bent. Avoid excessive pulling, bending and large swinging during fixing.

2. Dynamic Cable Reserve & Swing Control

Reserve sufficient length for vertical relative motion, control lateral swing amplitude to avoid excessive movement.

3. Cable Chain Installation Specifications

  • Fix both ends of the cable entering/exiting the chain, keep fixing points away from the bending area
  • U-shaped bending plane parallel to the cable chain bracket
  • Moderate length, not too tight or too loose

4. Cable Isolation Judgment

D1+D2 > 1.2H → No isolation required; D1+D2 ≤ 1.2H → Partition required

5. Wiring Specifications

  • Cables shall not overlap, reserve 10% free space of cable diameter
  • Air pipes and cables must be isolated
  • No twisting, balanced weight distribution
