1. Selection Process
- Confirm the suitable voice coil actuator series
- Select the required size and stroke
- Choose the appropriate encoder type
- Determine load, thrust force and force control accuracy based on working conditions
- Verify the operating environment (air pressure, voltage) meets requirements
- Check if the safety margin is sufficient
- Confirm controller type, brand and customization
- Determine control cable type and length → Selection completed
2. Cable Installation Requirements
1. Static Cable Fixing
Cables can be straight or 90° bent. Avoid excessive pulling, bending and large swinging during fixing.
2. Dynamic Cable Reserve & Swing Control
Reserve sufficient length for vertical relative motion, control lateral swing amplitude to avoid excessive movement.
3. Cable Chain Installation Specifications
- Fix both ends of the cable entering/exiting the chain, keep fixing points away from the bending area
- U-shaped bending plane parallel to the cable chain bracket
- Moderate length, not too tight or too loose
4. Cable Isolation Judgment
D1+D2 > 1.2H → No isolation required; D1+D2 ≤ 1.2H → Partition required
5. Wiring Specifications
- Cables shall not overlap, reserve 10% free space of cable diameter
- Air pipes and cables must be isolated
- No twisting, balanced weight distribution
3. Common Cable Failure Causes
