ELS Electric Linear Slide
A highly integrated precision linear motion module that packs a servo motor, precision ballscrew, linear guide and position sensor into a compact body, delivering high-accuracy, high-rigidity linear motion. Ideal for precision positioning, part transfer, press-fit assembly, testing and sorting.
The Precision Linear Motion Unit
The ELS electric linear slide uses an integrated aluminum-profile body with a built-in precision ballscrew and high-rigidity linear guide, paired with a high-performance servo motor for fast, high-accuracy linear motion. Repeatability reaches ±0.005mm and top speed up to 500mm/s to meet a wide range of precision automation needs.
The slide comes standard with home and limit sensors for easy setup. It supports multiple mounting orientations (horizontal, vertical, side) and can be used as a single axis or combined into XY/XYZ multi-axis platforms. Widely used in 3C precision positioning, inspection-equipment transfer, automatic assembly pressing, lab automation sampling, and dispensing/spraying.
