E-commerce logistics centers process hundreds of thousands of parcels daily in a wide variety of forms: cartons, courier bags, bubble mailers, envelopes, tubes and more, with huge variation in size and weight. Manual sorting is slow, error-prone and understaffed during peak promotions. Traditional suction cups only handle flat cartons and fail on soft bags and irregular shapes; ordinary parallel grippers cannot adapt to such variety.
