The Airless Vacuum Handling Solution
The EVS electric vacuum actuator highly integrates a vacuum generator, solenoid valve, pressure sensor and filter into one unit. It needs only 24V power and I/O control—no external air source or pneumatic tubing. Compared with conventional pneumatic vacuum systems, it eliminates compressors, air lines and valves, greatly reducing system complexity and cost.
A built-in vacuum pressure sensor monitors vacuum level in real time for part-pick confirmation and drop detection. It responds fast with vacuum build-up under 100ms and supports multiple suction-cup interfaces for various cup sizes. Widely used in 3C electronics pickup, packaging carton handling, logistics sorting and injection molding part removal.
